Luxking engages in product and adhesive system analysis.

Luxking formulates a suitable adhesive system, and designs a proper structure of the product according to its needs.

Luxking develops the initial sample and verifies its properties through vigorous testing.

Samples are sent to Client for their comments and approval.

Client provides application data and comments. Further product modification can be made at this stage and trial production begins.

New samples are sent to Client for their comments and approval. Client approves the quality of the new product.

Luxking and Client collaborate to establish material data and test data for the new product, and agreement is achieved.

Luxking finalizes the product design. The approved design is released internally and full documentations are kept for record.

Luxking establishes production protocols to bring the customized product into large scale production.
